Hips rotate completely with some violence and he maintains some lower half balance. Stays inside ball, short and quick to contact, fast bat, strong at contact with extension through the ball. Uphill swing path, line drive swing with loft built in, showed a pull approach with easy extra base power, exit velocity was 91. In the outfield, gets behind ball and plays through it, fields with above average hands. Clean exchange, throws from a low three-quarters arm slot with a short arm action, outfield velocity was 83. Ran a 6.72 60 yard dash. Showed versatility taking balls in the infield where his velocity was 83.

Stieg has an athletic frame that he has added strength to, but still has some projection left to it. In the outfield, has some arm strength and takes good routes on the ball. At the plate, loads down and back, quick to ball, a bit longer of path but gets barrel to contact well. Works uphill through contact, loft built into swing. Preference is to pull ball but went with pitch a few times during the game. Has some speed as well once ball is in play. Has some power potential and a chance to be a quality middle of the lineup hitter.

He hits from the right side from an open athletic stance, low leg kick stride on line, loads back, hips rotate completely with violence, has some balance during his swing. Short and quick to contact, quick bat, keeps hands inside ball, strong at contact point with good extension through ball, uphill path with pop to pull side, loft built into his swing, exit velocity was 92. In the infield, clean feet, rounds ball and fields with a good wide base and soft hands. Plays through ball to a clean exchange, throws from a high three-quarters arm slot, short free arm action, position velocity was 82. Home to first was 3.96.

Stieg is 5-10 with a lankier athletic frame that still has projection left to it, he hits from the right side from a balanced athletic stance. Strides on line, short load back, smooth quiet rhythm to his swing. Explosive lower half and some balance during his swing. Short and quick to the ball with good extension through it, whippy bat. Slightly uphill approach, line drive swing that creates carry, potential to have extra base power to all fields or better, exit velocity was 85. In the infield, clean feet, rounds the ball and fields with soft hands. Clean exchange, throws from a high three-quarters arm slot with a longer arm action that is free, infield velocity was 72. Ran a 4.29 home to first.
