St. Catherines 10, Catholic Central 7
Nathan Simons went 4-for-4 at the plate, sparking the St. Catherine's Angels to a 10-7 victory in seven innings over Catholic Central on Wednesday at Beaumont Field.

Angels Tarail King, Nathan Simons, Eric Weisbrod and Jimmy Carrington combined for 10 hits and six RBI.

St. Catherine's tallied two runs in each of the third, fourth and fifth. In the third, the Angels scored on an RBI single by King, bringing home Lucas Connaughton.

St. Catherine's piled on two more runs in the top of the fifth. The inning looked promising, as Simons doubled, scoring King to kick things off. That was followed up by Shey Smith's double, plating Simons.

The Hilltoppers tried to make a rally in the fifth as they pushed six runs across the plate in the bottom half of the fifth but ultimately came up short.

Union Grove 8, Badger 1
Bart Bohat got the win for Union Grove. He allowed one run over seven innings. He struck out five, walked two and surrendered four hits for Union Grove.

Union Grove was sparked by Bohat and Ben Miller, who teamed up for two hits and two RBI.

Stoughton 11, Monroe 1
Stoughton’s Cade Bunnell was lights out on the mound holding the Cheesemakers to just one hit and striking out six en route to the 11-1 win.

Waupun 12, Milwaukee Lutheran 2
Milwaukee Lutheran lost 12-2 to Waupun Wednesday.

Bryce Buckholz got the win for Waupun. He pitched three shutout innings. Buckholz struck out three, walked two and gave up three hits.

Jordan Doane, Buckholz, Sam Lenz and Arik Tavs helped lead Waupun. They combined for nine hits and eight RBI.

Waupun 6, Milwaukee Lutheran 5
Waupun was sparked by Jared Larsen and Sam Lenz, who teamed up for six hits and three RBI.

In the bottom of the second, Waupun grabbed the early lead, 5-0. Waupun got things going when Lenz singled. A single by Arik Tavs then moved Lenz from first to second. Ryan Schmitt singled, plating Lenz. Waupun then tacked on more runs when Tavs scored on an RBI single by Jordan Moul, Schmitt scored on a wild pitch, Moul scored on a passed ball, and Ausloos scored on an RBI single by Larsen.

Riverside University 17, Hamilton 3
The Riverside University Tigers jumped out to an early lead on Hamilton and captured a 17-3 victory on Wednesday.

A two-run double by Steven Jackson in the first inning got things going for the Tigers.

Anthony Desarden struck out 10, paving the way for the Tigers win. Desarden allowed two earned runs on three hits and four walks over five innings.

Brookfield Academy 5, University School of Milwaukee 4
Brookfield Academy and University School of Milwaukee each put runners in scoring position on Tuesday, but the Blue Knights capitalized on more RBI opportunities, pulling out a 5-4 win.

University School of Milwaukee had 13 hits compared with Brookfield Academy’s six, but University School of Milwaukee stranded nine runners on base.

The Wildcats’ Billy Lawton recrded three hits.

Big Foot 10, Delavan-Darien 3
Big Foot scored five runs in the sixth on an RBI single by Austin Hoey, a two-run single by Marshall Strenger, an RBI single by Brian Wolski, and an error.

Hoey went a perfect 4-for-4 at the dish for Big Foot.

Billy Landers kept Delavan-Darien in check. Delavan-Darien managed just two hits off of Landers, who allowed two earned runs, walked one and struck out seven during his 5 1/3 innings of work.

Lake Country Lutheran 11, St. John’s NWMA 1
The Lake Country Lutheran Lightning jumped out to an early lead on St. John's Northwestern Military Academy and captured an 11-1 victory on Tuesday.

With five runs in the first three innings, the Lake Country Lutheran Lightning Varsity left no doubt about the eventual outcome.

BJ Sabol was a perfect 4-for-4 at the plate. He had two extra-base hits for the Lightning. He tripled in the third inning, homered in the fourth inning, and singled in the first and fifth innings. Sabol scored four runs and drove in two.

Chris Kornowski racked up 10 strikeouts in the Lightning win. Kornowski allowed one earned run, three hits and one walk over five innings.
