A nine-run explosion in the second inning carried Riverside University High School to a 12-2 win in five innings over Milwaukee Madison on Wednesday.

The Burlington Demons lost 7-5 in seven innings at UW-Whitewater on Wednesday, despite outhitting Wilmot 12 to eight. Mitch Klug paced the Demons at the plate. Klug went 2-2 and scored two runs. He doubled in the fifth inning and singled in the seventh inning. Austin Brewer recorded the win for Wilmot even though he allowed five runs over six innings. Brewer struck out three, walked one and gave up 12 hits.

Unity	13	Shell Lake	2
The Unity Eagles beat Shell Lake on Thursday 13-2 in five innings. The Eagles scored five runs in the fourth on a two-run double by Dylan Ruck, an RBI single by Hunter Pederson, and a two-run single by Josh Grams. Billy Anderson racked up three RBIs on three hits for Unity. He doubled in the first inning, tripled in the second inning, and singled in the fifth inning.
La Crosse Central	1	La Crosse Logan	3	3:00 PM CDT
Andy Metcalf drove in the go-ahead run to give the Logan Rangers the lead in the sixth inning, as the Rangers hung on to beat Central 3-1 on Tuesday.

Manitowoc Lutheran	1	Mishicot	3	3:15 PM CDT
Kyle Kintopf recorded the win for Mishicot. He allowed one run over five innings. He struck out four, walked three and surrendered seven hits.
Antigo	15	Medford	2	4:00 PM CDT
A 13-run explosion in the sixth inning led Antigo to a 15-2 win in six innings over Medford on Wednesday. The Robins scored in the sixth on an RBI single by Luke Osborne, a two-run double by Max Nowinsky, an RBI single by Hunter Kirsch, an RBI triple by Nick Greening, an RBI single by Jed Weix, an RBI single by Arin VerHagen, an RBI single by Cam Noskowiak, a two-run double by Jake Husnick, and a two-run double by Kirsch. Noskowiak racked up three RBIs on four hits for Robins.
Ashwaubenon	4	No. 3 Bay Port	1
Ashwaubenon and Bay Port both had scoring chances on Tuesday, but it was Ashwaubenon that was able to capitalize on them as it pulled out a 4-1 win at Bay Port High School. The Pirates had five hits compared with Ashwaubenon's three, but Bay Port stranded eight runners on base. Jaret Curtis did his best to jumpstart the offense for the Jaguars, reaching base two times. He scored three runs and had one RBI. He homered in the first inning. Turner Wittig worked seven innings and allowed one earned run on five hits. The seventh inning saw Bay Port score its only run on the day on a groundout by Woeslaw.

Janesville Parker stayed on top until the final out after taking the lead in the third, scoring nine runs on two errors, two singles, and a three-run triple by Logan Coulter.

Adam Nutting kept contact to a minimum, striking out five Beloit batters. Nutting allowed one earned run on four hits and three walks over five innings. Middleton never surrendered the lead after the fourth inning, scoring two runs on a two-run single by Alan Roden.

No. 6 Sun Prairie	7	Verona	4
Sun Prairie and Verona both had scoring chances on Wednesday, but it was the Cardinals that were able to capitalize on them as they pulled out a 7-4 win at Stampfl Field. Verona got eight hits compared with just six for the Cardinals, but Verona stranded nine on base. Jack Maastricht racked up two RBIs on one hit for Sun Prairie. He tripled in the third inning. Coby Oswalt got it done on the mound on the way to a win. He allowed three runs over six innings. Oswalt struck out nine, walked four and gave up seven hits. Sun Prairie never trailed after scoring three runs in the third on a sacrifice fly by Drew Hamilton and an RBI triple by Maastricht.
Waterloo	4	Marshall	2
Ben Lincks brought home the go-ahead run to give Waterloo the lead in the eighth inning, as Waterloo hung on to beat Marshall 4-2 on Wednesday. With the score tied at two in the eighth inning, Lincks came to the plate and homered. Lincks paced Waterloo at the plate, going 3-4, while driving in one and scored one run. Ben Vehlow kept contact to a minimum, striking out six Marshall batters. Vehlow allowed one earned run, six hits and two walks over seven innings.

Port Washington	3	Homestead	5
Adam Kelly brought home the winning run to give Homestead the lead in the sixth inning, as the Highlanders hung on to beat Port Washington 5-3 on Wednesday. Kelly homered, bringing home Jake Bruner. Mitch Sutton got it done on the bump on the way to a win. He allowed three runs over six innings. Sutton struck out five, walked one and gave up seven hits. Highlanders closer Trevor Cho put away the final three outs to record the save.

No. 7 Aquinas	4	Viroqua	5
A tight game was decided in the seventh inning as Aquinas fell to Viroqua 5-4 in seven innings on Wednesday. A two-run bottom of the seventh gave Viroqua the walk off win. Rudy Rott Jr had two extra-base hits for the Blugolds. He doubled in the first and second innings. Zach Trautsch got the win for Viroqua. He allowed four runs over seven innings. Trautsch struck out three, walked one and gave up six hits.

Beaver Dam	2	Oconomowoc	5
A tight game was decided in the sixth inning as Beaver Dam fell to Oconomowoc 5-2 in seven innings on Wednesday. Logan Wonn got the win for Oconomowoc. He allowed two runs over seven innings. Wonn struck out nine, walked six and gave up two hits. The game's last lead went to Oconomowoc thanks to a sixth inning rally that saw four runs cross the plate on two singles.
Catholic Memorial	1	Wisconsin Lutheran	8	4:30 PM CDT
Catholic Memorial wound up on the wrong side of a 8-1 score on Wednesday at Wisconsin Lutheran College, tasting defeat at the hands of Wisconsin Lutheran. Logan Mcshane recorded the win for Wisconsin Lutheran. He allowed one run over seven innings. Mcshane struck out 13, walked none and gave up one hit. Wisconsin Lutheran's Luty, Wirtz and Imberger combined for six hits and four RBIs.
East Troy	5	Westosha Central	10
Westosha Central grabbed the lead after a strong fifth inning. The Falcons scored on a three-run home run by Marshall Gilbert off Nicholas Bertschinger, bringing home Dylan Hogan and Garrett Gilbert. Marshall Gilbert racked up four RBIs on three hits for Westosha Central.
Hartford	8	Waupun	5
The Hartford Orioles took the lead in the sixth inning and held on for the victory. Hartford went up for good on a three-run triple by Chad Wagner off Mason Krumwiede, scoring Cody Guetzke, Ben Drew and Taylor Renzaglia. Wagner racked up four RBIs on two hits for the Orioles . Mason Wiedmeyer looked sharp on the rubber. Waupun managed just two hits off of Wiedmeyer, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out two during his four innings of work.

Martin Luther	11	Shoreland Lutheran	7	4:30 PM CDT
Matthew Winter recorded the win for Martin Luther. He allowed three runs over four innings. Winter struck out two, walked none and gave up nine hits. Matthew Bolger, Max Hoffman and Leeland helped lead Martin Luther. They combined for three hits and eight RBIs.

Slinger scored its only run of the game on an RBI double by Schuster in the first inning.

Connor Wollersheim recorded the win for Appleton North. He pitched five shutout innings. Wollersheim struck out eight, walked two and gave up three hits. Alex Henwood, Tyce Wheeler, Evan Bohman and Noah Kuester helped lead the Lightning offense. They combined for seven hits and eight RBIs.

St. Mary Central beat Reedsville 13-0 in five innings on Thursday after a seven-run explosion in the fifth inning. The Zephyrs scored in the fifth on an RBI double by Griffin Jack, an RBI single by Peyton Jack, an RBI single by Alex Depies, a fielder's choice, a bases loaded walk, and a passed ball. Jack racked up three RBIs on two hits for St. Mary Central. Mack Blashka had an impressive outing against Reedsville's lineup. Reedsville managed just one hit off of the St. Mary Central pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out eight during his five innings of work.

Appleton West wound up on the wrong side of a 10-0 score on Tuesday at Nienhaus Sports Complex, tasting defeat at the hands of Kimberly. Brice Swick got the win for Kimberly. He tossed five innings of shutout ball. He struck out five, walked one and surrendered two hits.

Michael Bowe powered the Menomonee Falls at the plate and on the bump Wednesday, willing the Indians to a 10-0 victory over West Bend East. Bowe reached base two times in the game for the Menomonee Falls. He scored two runs and had one RBI. West Bend East couldn't get anything going against Bowe on the rubber. Bowe gave up just one hit, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out four during his two innings of work.

Noah Brunner racked up five RBIs on two hits for the Denmark Vikings Varsity. Riley Pelischek got it done on the rubber on the way to a win. He allowed two runs over four innings. Pelischek struck out seven, walked six and gave up two hits.
