10. Ben Carew, OF/INF, Kimberly, 2016

This month Ben Rortvedt was the most clicked on Wisconsin profile, most in part due to the big summer he produced on the national circuit from the Tournament of Stars to the Area Code Games, Rortvedt proved impressive every step of the way. Many pro scouts will be following him closely this spring. OF Jared Kelenic is also coming off of a productive summer and held onto his No. 1 spot in Wisconsin’s 2018 class as well as holding on to his top ten overall ranking, both of which were updated in September. RHP Nathan Burns was one of the biggest revelations of the PBR Future Games in August, he blew up on a national stage carrying over into a heavily recruited September and ultimately committing to Oregon State. Rounding out the top ten is one of the top uncommitted seniors in the state, Ben Carew. Carew is a super utility prospect of sorts. He came onto the scene as a middle infielder making the 2014 PBR Future Games squad. A loose lean athlete with 6.6 speed he saw a ton of outfield time for state powerhouse Kimberly HS. He might profile best to be a multi-tool centerfielder but has the hands to certainly stick on the infield and his bat will play at any position.
