Both sets of rankings were expanded as the overalls now include the state of Texas and Wisconsin expanded to the top 90. With that being said Jarred Kelenic (Waukesha West) still held on to the top overall spot in our 33 state coverage area. His performance all summer and fall helping the USA 18U National Team to a gold medal was about as impressive as it gets.

Eight of the top 2018 Wisconsin prospects made the top 400.

In the state rankings several newcomers made the list as it expanded to 90. RHP Blake Thiesse (Gale-Ettrick-Trempealeau) is the highest new addition, cracking the top 40 in the state. Thiesse showed well this fall both at the Southern Wisconsin Open and local college camps. He’s a loose armed 6-foot0-2, 165-pound righty who’s shown an 83-85 mph fastball and well above average curveball.

Another right-handed arm joining the mix is Jordan Strick out of West De Pere. Strick has a large frame at 6-foot-2, 170-pounds and runs his fastball up to 85 mph a big jump from the 79 mph we saw out of him in the spring.

Hunter Wickman (Mount Horeb) is the top new bat in the rankings. He carries a power bat from the right side at 6-foot-1, 205-pounds and runs well for his size at 7.38.

Here’s a look at several more newcomers to the list.
