MCYSA Summer International Showcase: Statistical Analysis

By Phil Kerber
Associate Scout

The MCYSA International Summer Showcase took place on Wednesday, July 26th at Lippold Park in Crystal Lake, Illinois. Underclassmen from the 2019 through 2021 classes participated in a pro-style workout in front of the PBR scouting staff. Today, we highlight the top performers from this event. Rising juniors Tyler Statler and Nolan Wegener separated themselves with their arm strength, and in Wegener's case, bat speed as well. Freshman-to-be Kyle Washington was another standout performer, making him a high follow from the class of 2021.
