Lane Ochs 3/16/14 - 5-foot-11, 180-pound right handed outfielder, solid build. Offensively hits from an open stance, smooth loading action, short stride, strong balance through contact. Shorter path to the baseball, made hard contact, barrel aware, can get more out of his lower half, 77 mph exit velocity from the tee. Defensively uses a short over the top arm action, creates carry, 81 mph arm from the outfield. Showed the ability to play through the baseball. 4.36 runner down the line. Strong follow in the 2015 class, bat has the ability to play at a high level.
