Brown has a wiry frame and is a lean, loose athlete at 6-foot-2, 185 pounds. He works with tempo and has some effort in his delivery. His arm action is quick and loose through a high-3/4. His fastball sits 89-92 with some arm-side action. He throws a good slider at 78-80 as well as a curveball with more depth at 74-77. He’ll use a changeup against lefties and has feel for the pitching, which sits 77-80 with fade.
