The son of former big leaguer Jarrod Washburn, RHP Jack Washburn (Webster) comes in at No. 5 in our countdown. The top prospect in Wisconsin's Class of 2019, Washburn committed to Oregon State University shortly following the 2017 PBR Future Games. At the Future Games, Washburn was up to 90 mph. His profile received over 3,860 views, with the most views coming on October 19th, the day he announced his committment to Oregon State.

Forward rocker step out of the windup to loose athletic leg kick and squared landing, solid front side. Arm action is long and loose, high ¾ slot. Gets tilt on fastball shows life and finish, touched 90 mph occasionally in second outing, sat 85-88 mph. Slider showed plus action, thrown aggressively 74-77 mph, hard bite and depth. High follow 2019 prospect with high ceiling.
