The Outlook: Jenkins is currently the highest ranked uncommitted player in the Wisconsin 2017 Class, checking in at No. 16 in the rankings. Jenkins possesses big time arm strength across the infield, throwing 90 mph across the diamond at the Madison Preseason ID Showcase in March. With that arm strength Jenkins projects well on the mound where he has been up to 87 mph this spring at Sun Prairie.  

Scouting Report: 5/14/16 - Currently ranked No. 18 in the Wisconsin Class of 2017. 5-foot-11, 165-pound switch hitting SS/RHP. Showed solid defensive tools at short with good range, especially to the backhand. Strong arm across the infield. Threw 90 mph across the infield this winter. Came in relief for Sun Prairie. Works from a high 3/4 arm angle with a short, quick arm action. Fastball sat 82-84 reaching back for 87 mph with two strikes. Curveball has 10-4 shape at 69 mph.
