Wisconsin Class Of 2017 Rankings: Updated and Expanded
December 1, 2014
By Steve Nielsen
Scouting Supervisor – Wisconsin/Illinois
The 2017 Wisconsin rankings are out and there’s a new name at the top of the list. Left-handed hitter Anthony Schlass (West Bend West) takes over the top spot with his advanced bat speed and physical nature at the plate. Schlass was highly impressive with the bat at the Southern Wisconsin Open and looks to be the top offensive threat in the class and is already verbally committed to Oklahoma.
Much of the top ten stayed intact and we’ve expanded the rankings from 20 to 30, adding 10 new prospects to the list.
We’ll have more on the biggest risers and newest additions later this week. As for now here’s a look at the top ten and more.
