For most high school players the winter is the time of year where guys are hitting the weight room hard, long-tossing, developing arm strength through a velocity program or trying to lower their 60-time with speed and agility classes. The winter is also a time of year when college camps become popular and a lot of the players attending will be showing off their newly acquired assets from their winter workouts.
Here’s a look at some notes of what we’ve seen this winter.
