A hitterish look from the right side, the New Trier product presents an athletic base, utilizing a simple toe tap trigger to get into a consistently good position to hit. Also showed an unorthodox but advanced two-strike approach, getting extremely low to the ground with limited upper- and lower-half movement. The left-handed bat plays with present bat-to-ball skills thanks to a simple operation and approach. Has flashed developing power across multiple looks, and it should develop into at least an average trait as he adds more strength to his frame. Defensively, showed developing actions behind the dish with confident hands that played up accordingly. Still fundamentally raw, Hass’ track record of performance makes him a must-follow as he enters his senior season at Saint Patrick.

Uncommitted. Wiry 6-foot-5, 176-pound frame with present strength and athleticism, along with ample room for added strength. Another summer winner for our staff, Lopez continued to take quality at-bats from both sides of the plate. A natural right-handed hitter, the Saint Patrick product was consistently on the barrel thanks to an athletic operation and natural feel for hitting. The left-handed swing remains a work in progress but has shown similar athleticism and developing bat speed, making his continued progression as a switch-hitter a legitimate component of his overall profile. Primarily an infielder by trade, Lopez spent time in center field this weekend and showed developing reads and routes that played up thanks to his natural instincts and athleticism. Must-know uncommitted name.

Athletic build at 6-foot-1, 180-pounds, currently ranked No. 66 in WI. A true gamer, Ian impressed defensively and at the plate. He continues to expand his range in the outfield, making good split second decisions on routes, making some diving plays, and a big arm from the center field position. Twitchy actions form the left handed bat, sporting a new toe-tap trigger simplifying the swing, maintaining an uphill barrel path, he gets into a good position to do damage routinely collecting a handful of barrels over the weekend including a triple that narrowly missed leaving the yard. An Uncommitted 2028 who continues an upward trajectory.
