No. 7 Druw Bowen

Druw BowenPBR Notes: 2014 PBR Future Games, August 1, 2014 Bowen made the long trip to Westfield, Indiana worthwhile, turning in a solid two-way performance as a member of the Team Pennsylvania roster at the 2014 PBR Future Games. The 6-foot-4, 195-pound RHP from George Washington High School sat 87-88 while striking out three in two innings of work against Team Kansas. The junior, who played at Valley-Fayette during his first two years of high school, also showcased a 71 mph curveball and a 75 mph changeup.

Bowen also showcased as an outfielder flashing an 88 mph arm and an 86 mph bat exit velocity during scout day activities. The junior ran a 7.17 60-yard dash and went 2-for-2 at the plate in game action on the final day of the event.

Currently ranked No. 6 in the WV Class of 2016, Bowen remains uncommitted. Following a very successful senior season of football the two-way prospect is likely to draw considerable interest heading into his final spring season.
