5-foot-5, 120-pound athletic frame. In the box, Parkers best exit velocity was 69 mph. Began in an athletic stance with a smooth load, then used a controlled stride to start his swing. Bat speed is average, uses simple swing plane and good extension on his finish. Through the round he found multiple barrels with some loud contact. Up the middle approach. While in the infield, made throws at velocities up to 62 mph. Had a high ¾ slot and consistent accuracy to the bag. During the event, clocked a 60 time of 7.94.
Very solid young player that showed athleticism. In the OF he did a nice job of working through the ball and had a nice transfer. The actions are good and his arm strength will continue to evolve. During IF work, showed nice feet and nice rhythm with his body. Really played low to the ground. At the plate, he started with an even stance and showed a nice, quick approach with the hands and barrel. Nice load of the hands, keeping the barrel through the hitting zone with a flat barrel path.
