Uncommitted. At 6’ 190, Bounds is a stocky right handed hitter. The strength was apparent this weekend, having a ton of loud contact to the pull side and opposite field. Filled out physically pretty well but it shows in his game in a big way. Super good approach at the plate, saw Bounds looking for fastballs and adjusting to off speed; taking them the other way when he needed. Has a super simple yet effective swing. Small stride + leg kick but does a good job staying on his back leg and using his strong lower half to drive the ball.
