2022 SS Adian Duarte (Cienega)- 5-foot-11, 180-pounds, large strong bodied frame, barrel chested with durable lower half. Worked out as a two-way player. Right-handed hitter, up in the box. Sets up in a narrow upright base, uses a coiled leg kick, tall in backside to start with weight in heel, stays relatively stacked in linear move, lands with balanced weight distribution. Loads hands to back shoulder. Short swing with present strength, used the whole field with some more power potential to pull side, quick strong hands with above average bat speed, 90.58mph exit velocity. Displayed ability to rotate quickly. Fields the ball with eyes down in the center of the body. Clean footwork with easy actions, solid timing of the feet. Ball comes out clean with above average arm strength at 86mph. Also worked out on the mound. Pitches out of the stretch from 3B side of the rubber with repeatable direction to the plate. Short arm with some natural arm strength. Used a two-pitch mix. FB has some vertical action with 19.7 in of IVB, sitting 79-82mph. Showed a slider in limited capacity that has a chance to be an above average pitch at 70-71mph, average 15in of HM to the glove side.

Positional Profile: SS/RHP Follow as a MINF prospect.
Body: 5-11, 180-pounds. Strong physical body, balanced frame, broad shoulders, above average strength.
Hit: RHH. Relaxed open base, gathered leg lift, drifts into front foot strike. Small simple load. Pull approach with some natural pop. Short swing with mid/ pull approach. Looks to drive the baseball with some strength through his swing. Above average bat speed.
Power: 95 mph exit velocity via Trackman.
Arm: Right-handed. INF - 84 mph. Strong arm with easy effort. Carry with accuracy to the bag. Short arm action with quick clean transfers & release.
Defense: Confident infielder with plus actions. Fields the ball out in front. Soft hands with good awareness of his glove & body. Good feel for the INF.
Run: 7.03 runner in the 60.
Delivery: Pitches out of the stretch, simple procedure, easy slow tempo delivery, some stiffness, short leg kick. Lands closed with some shoulder/ hip separation, recoil finish.
Arm Action: Right-handed. Long stab, OT slot, average arm speed
FB: T81, 79-81 mph. Carry.
CB: 64-67 mph. 10/4. some depth, above average potential.
CH: 71-73 mph. Slow FB, some armside.
