Another big body from the Island, this 6-foot-4 235lbs 2022 grad from the Victoria Eagles, left much desired in the best way possible. He was topping at 84mph with little to no backside in his motion, hinting at so much more in the tank. With good arm action, the curveball-split combo plays, with a lot more left to find. Once he cleans up his direction, figures out his mechanics, and buries the splitter down in the zone consistently, his stuff will start to look ready to compete at the next level. His big overhand breaking ball will be a great palette cleanser to reset his fastball and splitfinger combo. Keep an eye out; he’s got a lot to offer.
