10/7/18 - Central Coast Open - 6-foot-2, 180-pounds, big frame, ample room to pack on size and strength that could translate to more power down the road. At the plate keeps a wide base with a flat bat and high back elbow. Bat path works direct to the ball producing short line drives after a small weight transfer back; some flashes of more damage in swing when he backspins balls (82 MPH exit velo). At 1st base, utilizes a narrow stance and plays with high hips; tendency to pop up when transitioning to throwing. Throws from a lower slot that keeps ball online (66 MPH).

Pitcher - On the mound works from a simple delivery with hands starting at waist and showing a slight lift on the front knee. Has slight rock into back hip before long actions get to high-3/4 release point; times where recoils when finishing with negative movement away from target. Soft land on front side which causes some loss of energy build-up. Fastball (70-72 mph) could be more aggressive with better extension to create some length. Curveball (57-59 mph) with 11/6 type shape and early cast-type release, there is semblance of appropriate shape. Change-up (63-64 mph) was his best pitch with some down/fade action.
