6-foot, 170-pound RHP with a short arm stroke and athletic delivery. He made quick work in his four innings with a fastball that sat 84-87 and good command of the zone. His change-up was 80-2, with the difference maker being his curveball. The 73-76 pitch was on point. He threw it in any count, and it mirrored his fastball out of hand. He understands who he is and executed his plan.
Narrow base, middle of the mound start. Small controlled side step transitions to high leg lift. Tall to Fall delivery. Long back side arc with a quick arm. High 3⁄4 release. Attacking delivery. Creates good front side leverage with more in there. Has some follow through momentum to 1B side. FB 76-77 Developing with lots of potential CB 64-66 CH 69 70 Great feel for CH in zone and attack Long lean body with repeatable mechanics. Would project gradual increases in VELO. Will continue to improve

Power: Would consider Foster to be a 1b/2b type of hitter...potential as strength increases
Arm: Inf Velo 77 Quick short arc on back side. Easy arm, can develop strength
Defense: Open glove, good approach to ball with momentum to throw Soft hands, fields middle of body. Showed goods skills with feed to 2B.
