Rotates through contact and engages the backside, finishing with one hand. The bat path is level-up, though it can get too uphill at times, and continuing to refine his swing should improve overall consistency. His tee exit velocity reached 88 MPH off the tee, and is a number that should take another step forward. As a catcher, Gamester was clocked at 77 MPH out of the chute on throws to second. Clean transfer, average first step quickness, and throws were delivered with carry to the bag.
