Drew Pedigo: OF/SS, (2024) Amity Regional, CT. 5-foot-9, 160-pound. (69.8 mph bat speed average). (19.1 mph hand speed average). Starts in a balanced quiet stance with a compact load, then uses a small leg kick. Had a simple level swing plane, quick bat speed and balanced finish. Solid in the outfield, he showed the ability to make throws to the bases at 83 mph; showed sure hands, quick feet, and a natural exchange. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Showed a high ¾ slot with a loose arm action. During the event, ran the 60-yard dash in 7.07.
5-foot-7, 135-pound athletic frame. Projectable int he box, Pedigo's best exit velocity was 77 mph. Started in an athletic stance with a smooth load, then used a short stride. Bat speed is above average, displays a level swing plane and high finish. Through the round he found lots of barrels with loud contact. Gap to gap approach. Athletic in the infield, recorded a position velocity of 69 mph; had athletic footwork, a quick exchange, and twitchy hands. Laterally, movements were quick and fielded the ball out front. Showed a ¾ slot and a short arm action with consistent accuracy to the bag. In the 60-yard dash, recorded a time of 7.25.
