We would like to thank all who participated in The PBR New England 2022 Scout Day: CT Grind. This was a great opportunity for 2023-2026 prospects to be put on college recruiting boards. Many players impressed during their individual workouts at the showcase. Below we have the complete statistical results from the event as well as the top performers across various different categories.

2022 Scout Day: CT Grind - Quick Hits
The Players
- Dylan Altermatt, 2023- A right-handed, short quick level swing, with an exit velocity of 89 mph.
- Eli Balkan, 2024- A right-handed hitter, runs well, ran a 7.11 sixty, hands work with ease through the zone, simple and repeats.
- Jack Davignon, 2023- A right-handed hitter, an above average runner, ran a 6.89, path is level. Good looking athlete.
- Connor Crowley, 2023- A right-handed hitter, pull pop approach had and exit velocity of 86 mph, threw it well from outfield at 82 mph.
- Colin Hope, 2024- A left-handed hitter, short crisp stroke. A good runner at 6.94 sixty.
- Bryce Isquith, 2023- A right-handed hitter, hands are very good, path is level, a line drive approach. Exit velocity was clocked at 86 mph, ran a 7.09 sixty-yard dash.
- Gavin Kaminski, 2024- A left-handed hitter, advanced approach, with an exit velocity of 84 mph, super clean arm from outfield.
- Brian Kiska, 2023- A left-handed hitter, a twitchy athlete, a plus runner, ran a 6.62 sixty-yard dash. Line drive approach to all fields.
- AJ Soldra, 2022- A left-handed hitter, committed to NJIT, a plus athlete, pop to all fields, 6.5 runner. Potential draft pick at some point.
- Jack Andrews, 2023- A right-handed hitter, an advanced feel to hit, enough juice to beat the outfielders. Ran a 6.66 sixty-yard dash, with an exit velocity at 94 mph.
- Vincent Lombardo, 2026- A right-handed hitter, above average hitter for a 2026, plus pop, exit it at 90 mph.
The Arms
- Jeter Andrews, 2025- A left-handed pitcher, a long and loose arm, working from a natural ¾ slot. Fastball has run at 71-74 mph, located down in the zone. Mixes in a legit slurvy hammer piece.
- Connor Crowley, 2023- A right-handed pitcher, super loose arm, repeats the delivery. The fastball comes out of the hand, clocked at 81 mph, breaking ball up to 70 mph.
- Nick Hunkele, 2023- A right-handed pitcher, super clean and fast arm from a ¾ slot. Pounded the fastball at 88 mph, with two above average breaking balls. A must see.
- Rhys Jamali, 2024- A right-handed pitcher, long and loose arm action. The fastball was up to 75 mph, with a ton more in there.
- Gavin Kaminski, 2024- A left-handed pitcher, short and clean on the back side. Lives down in the zone, natural armside run and sink, fastball up to 77 mph, with more in there. Mixed in a usable breaking ball.
- Kyle Parker, 2025- A right-handed pitcher, super clean and repeatable delivery. Throws a heavy ball, comes out of a natural ¾ slot, clocked at 76 mph. A slower breaking ball will need to add arm speed. Look for a big jump at some point.
- Nicolas Scillia, 2026- A right-handed pitcher, a super clean young arm, loose and whippy from a ¾ slot. Low 70’s, with a ton more in there.
- Rocco DeMaio III, 2026- A right-handed pitcher, fast, clean arm action from a high ¾ slot. The fastball touched 75 mph, with bore action to it.
- Jack Lewis, 2024- A right-handed pitcher, repeats the delivery, simple leg raise, inline direction. The arm action is loose and free, fastball up to 79 mph, with good arm side sink. The changeup is a legit out pitch. Good follow.
