5-foot-11, 169-pound, lean, athletic frame, solid, pitchers frame. A right-handed pitcher, simple repeatable delivery, athletic leg kick with coil. Tempo is good, builds momentum down the mound. The direction is inline, with an athletic finish. The arm action is clean, easy, working from a 3/4 slot. The fastball was clocked at 79 mph, with more in there. Mixed in a legit changeup at 72 mph, works very well off the fastball. Breaking ball is slurvey, clocked at 66 mph, will need to add more hand speed to this pitch. Love the pitch-ability and feel. 5-foot-10, 138-pound slim frame. Fluid during batting practice, Lewis clocked an exit velocity of 73 mph. Begins in a quiet stance with a controlled load, then uses a short stride. Bat speed is average, displays a flat swing plane and level finish. Found some barrels with loud contact. Base hit approach. Fluid in the infield, his best throw was registered at 71 mph; has soft hands, a clean exchange, and developing feet. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were average. Had a low ¾slot and a short arm action with consistent accuracy to the base. During the event, recorded a 60 time of 7.78. Fluid on the mound, showing some arm speed he used a ¾ arm angle with a long arm action. Tall-and-fall type pitcher and shows easy effort. During his delivery balance point is tall with even shoulders. Lands closed with an athletic finish. Threw his fastball 71-73 mph; showed gradual action and consistent command with straight movement. Threw a 11/5 curveball with early action and consistent control.
