Dylan Cimini: RHP/OF, (2024) Stonington, CT. 6-foot-1, 180-pound. (68.5 mph bat speed average). (21.3 mph hand speed average). Began in a balanced quiet stance with a controlled load, then used a quick stride. Bat speed is quick, shows a simple upward swing plane and good extension on his finish. Solid from the outfield, he showed the ability to throw at velocities up to 82 mph; has a natural exchange, sure hands, and consistent feet. Movements laterally were athletic and he fields the ball out front. Used a loose arm action with a high ¾ slot. On the mound, had a loose clean arm action and a high ¾ arm angle with some arm speed. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and uses some effort. Had slight running action. (Max spin 2120; Avg 1982). Shows gradual action on his 11/5 curveball. (Max spin 2082; Avg 1903).
