PROCASE

6-foot-2, 180-pound right-handed pitcher. Showed extremely well at the event. Only focused on fastball and changeup as he isn’t spinning breaking pitches at this time of year. The fastball touched 89 mph with downhill sink and run to it. The changeup has fade and sink to it, sits at 78-80 mph. The delivery is online with his feet and it is repeated. Pitches out of a plus ¾ slot, coil and lift at the top of the delivery. Needs to do a better job of tracking the front shoulder to foot strike as he runs away from his arm a bit. Post foot is angled on top of the rubber as opposed to flat and balanced on the mound, causing forward drift. Legit prospect on the mound.

3/8/17

6-foot-1, 160-pound, wide, lengthy athletic frame, looks like he has worked hard in the offseason on strength and conditioning. The back and shoulders are wide, has plenty of room to fill out. Committed to Boston College, this right-handed pitcher has tempo in his delivery, stays strong on the back side, has some coil to higher leg raise, is inline to the plate on foot strike. The arm works out of a ¾ to high ¾ slot, fastball was at 87-88 mph, gets on the hitter quick, locates very well to the glove side. The breaking ball has 11/7 break, was clocked at 70-74 mph. The changeup was clocked at 77-79 mph with down action. The velocity has improved since the summer, looked to be in midseason form. BC is getting a good one, projects to be a starter at the next level, shows the ability to throw three pitches for strikes.

10/29/16

6-foot-1, 158 pound, long and lengthy athletic frame, has plenty of room to fill out and put mass on. A right-hander who attended the Future Games this past summer, is currently ranked 7th in New England and 128th overall. Gaining interest from some big time programs, the future is extremely bright for this one. A right-hander who has a very smooth and quiet delivery, hands start at mid section and work up with his controlled high leg kick. The arm action is clean, it's a little longer on the backside, arm works out of a high ¾ slot, was clocked at 81-85 mph. Throws it for strikes to both sides, has some sink action to it to the arm side. The breaking ball was clocked at 68-70 mph and changeup is at 74-75 mph with solid arm speed. Look for the velocity to jump by next spring, has logged a good amount of innings, sure fatigue is starting to set in.

8/5/16- Future Game Report

6-foot, 155-pound, long and lengthy athletic frame, has plenty of room to fill out. A right-handed pitcher, the delivery is repeatable, hands start and stay high, leg raise is controlled with some coil at its peak. The arm action is clean, free and works out of a high ¾ slot. The fastball was 84-86 mph, pounded for strikes to both sides, had good 2 seam action to arm side. The curveball showed good tilt, has 11/5 break was clocked at 70-71 mph. Changeup was clocked at 77 mph. Times to the plate were good at 1.21-1.28, worked quickly and attacked the hitters. In game performance was good, pitched 3 solid innings, controlled the game. Good looking young arm, projects out to pitch at a high level

7/12/16
6-foot-1, 155-pound, long, lengthy projectable frame. The shoulders are sloped, wide and neck is long, has plenty of room to fill out. A right-handed pitcher, the delivery has great tempo, it's smooth and repeatable. The leg raise is high and gets to a good gather. The arm works out of a high ¾ slot, it's downhill with life to it. The fastball was 80-85 mph and pounded well to the glove side. Spin on the hammer good had an 11/5 break to it, had some depth and tilt to it. The change up was clocked at 70-72, with downward action to it. Times to the plate were 1.45, tempo of the delivery slowed down just a bit when is stretch position. The front side glove could stay up and on target slightly longer. Big time right-handed pitching prospect, very high ceiling. Will participate in the future games in 2016.
