5-foot-11, 182-pound athletic strong build. Above average at the plate, Quinn had a max exit velocity of 94 mph. (75.7 mph bat speed average). (23.5 mph hand speed average). Started in a balanced wide stance with a handsy load, then used a quick stride. Has electric bat speed, short simple swing plane and good extension on his finish. Found multiple barrels with tons of loud contacts. Gap to gap approach. Above average his best position velocity in the outfield was registered at 84 mph; has quick feet, twitchy hands, and a quick exchange. Movements laterally were quick and he fields the ball out front. Consistent accuracy to the bag, used a long loose arm action with a high ¾ slot. Performed well in the 60-yard dash, clocking a speedy time of 6.81.

5-foot-10, 175-pound a solid, an athletic frame. Raw on the mound, used a high ¾ arm angle and a short arm action while showing quick arm speed. Up-tempo type pitcher who shows some effort. Balance is tall point with an even shoulders in his delivery. Lands open with a falling off finish. Has a heavy fastball that shows arm side command and running action reached 80 mph, with life to it. Throws a 1/7 curveball that has slurvey action and low in the zone control, reached 72 mph. . His changeup had fading action and arm side control clocked 73-74 mph. With such good hand speed on breaking ball, makes me believe there is more in the arm with fastball.
