5-foot-10, 180-pound, strong, solid, athletic frame, showing strength throughout. A right-handed hitter, at the plate, starts with even feet at shoulder width. The hands are held higher, starting with more of a flat setup. A quiet controlled setup, for timing uses a small leg lift, gains ground. The swing is short to contact, a level path, hands are inside the baseball, showing a line drive approach to all fields. The exit velocity was clocked at 84 mph, worth more in there as he continues to add strength. Ran a 4.41 down the line on a dig. Defensively, the glove is super soft, comes through the baseball, hands and feet work well together, smooth actions. The arm was clocked at 66 mph, short arm action from a higher slot, could stride out a tick more. Showed flow to glove side starting double play ball from third base. Continued speed work is a must, shows strength with the bat.
