Advanced from the outfield, he displayed a position velocity of 79 mph; showed a clean fluid exchange, next level hands, and consistent feet. Fielded the ball to the side with athletic movement laterally. Had a loose arm action and a high ¾ slot with consistent accuracy to the bag. During the event, ran the 60-yard dash in 7.04. Projectable on the mound, used a high ¾ arm angle and a clean arm action while showing quick arm speed. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who uses easy effort. Has a tall balance point with even shoulders. During his round, DeGumbia displayed good hands and showed the ability to use the middle of the field. In the outfield, his best throw of the day was 68 mph while showing he had consistent, smooth footwork, sure hands, and a clean exchange.
