is a 6-foot-2, 160-pound left-handed pitching prospect. On the mound, Francoer uses a long, high ¾ arm slot to produce a fastball that sits 78-81 MPH (Max spin 2303; Avg 2187) with some late arm side run. 6-foot, 135-pound left-handed hitting outfielder and pitcher. He ran a 7.28 sixty at the event. The approach in the outfield is clean and he works through the baseball. The feet remained active as he threw 71 mph to the plate during the defensive portion of the workout. The bat has an exit velocity of 63 mph as the frame needs the addition of physical strength. The setup is even in base and the front foot is open to start. The front foot closes down and gains ground to the pitch. The swing is long in path. On the mound, the fastball sat 69-71 mph with minimal arm side action. The spin pitch was 64-66 mph and big in shape. The changeup is a developing pitch for him. The delivery is online with the feet and above 3/4 in height. The lift is repeated, small coil at the top and then he makes his way into foot strike. The tracking of the front shoulder needs to stay online longer to tap into his extension.

5-foot-11, 135-pound, longer, super athletic frame. Squared off shoulders, well proportioned athletic, body works with minimal effort. A right-handed hitting two-way player, showed very well offensively. The stance is balanced throughout, higher loose relaxed hands, taller slightly open stance. The hands are loose, set above the shoulders, hands are back on foot strike is on time. The swing is level to up, keeps hands inside the baseball, barrel is in the zone a lone time. The approach is from gap to gap, spraying line drives. Guides the bat at times, needs to let it go, tee exit velocity of 66 mph, ton more in there. Looks to be able to really run, shows above average athleticism. From the outfield, threw 70 mph, short arm action working from a 3/4 slot. The feet are quick in the transfer, gaining ground. Off the mound, slower deliberate motion, higher hands in gather. Short strider pitching downhill, living in the bottom part of the zone. The fastball was clocked at 69 mph, with arm side run. Threw a small slider at 61-63 mph, thrown for strikes. Showed feel for a changeup at 65-66 mph, turns it over, with fastball arm speed. Super athletic needs to be more aggressive at times, look for his game to climb.
