A right-handed hitting middle infielder, who showed very well at this event. At the plate, the stance is open to even, the hands are set just above the shoulders, the bat angle is in a very good starting position. The stride is straight, gains ground and hands stay back, head gets out front a little but that is an easy fix with reps. The swing is down to the ball, with the finish being high. The hands are very loose, they work with rhythm in them. The tee exit velocity was 84 mph, with more in there. His 60-yard dash time was 7.35. In the field, attacked the ball well, hands are soft and work well. Arm strength was 82 mph across the diamond, finished off all throws and gets his body moving towards his targets. The frame is an average build at 5-foot-11, has plenty of room to fill out. At this point, strength looks to be above average. A middle guy who can hit and play defense, definite follow for me, good looking kid.
