03/29/18- Arkansas recruit. Designated hitter on the day and stood out offensively. Drove a hanging slider for home run in first at bat and hit a very good slider down and in back up the middle for a single. Stocky strong, aggressive swing while staying compact. Quality approach and above average offensive tools.

Stanley is a 5-foot-8 180-pound catcher with an athletic frame and physical build. Defensively Stanley threw pop times 1.98-2.10 consistently with accuracy. He blocks with adequate skill and effort. He attacks the baseball with fast bat speed producing exit velocity up to 88 mph. He starts from a slight-open stance, diving back into the plate with a line drive swing. Overall Stanley is an advanced hitter with above average athleticism. He is a solid catcher but profiles better as a middle infielder or corner outfielder.

He starts from an athletic stance with a simple load stride combination. He attacks the baseball with line drive swing. He made consistent loud contact during batting practice. In game he received well maintaining proper glove angles. He showed adequate effort and abilities blocking. He showed a quick exchange and strong arm in between innings. He was not challenged with a stolen base in game. Overall Stanley is an advanced hitter, with solid athleticism. He is a sound catcher but may profile to a different position after high school. 

Stanley is a 5-foot-8 165-pound catcher with an athletic frame and build. He is runs a 4.21 home to first. Offensively he starts from an athletic stance, he uses a small hand load, a short stride and a compact swing to produce line drives. He does a sound job maintaining balance through extension, and has shown an advanced feel for the barrel. Defensively he throws pop times 1.97-2.04 accurately, from a short arm action. He receives with proper angles and soft hands. He shows solid technique and a high motor during blocking drills. Overall Stanley is an advanced hitter with solid athleticism that will allow to play a secondary position if necessary.
