04/18/17- Uncommitted. Currently stands at 6-foot-3, 165 pounds with a tall, projectable frame with long legs. Throws out of the ¾ slot and has a simple, repeatable delivery. Gets some extension out in front and works with a good pace. Fastball was mostly 77-80 mph, touching 81 a few times along with a 64-67 mph curveball that had depth and shape to it. Also mixed in a 70-71 mph changeup. Struggled in the first inning with command, but settled down and allowed only two hits after the first on his was to six innings on the mound with six strikeouts. As he continues to mature and add to his frame, look for Booth to see a jump in velocity on his fastball.

01/21/17- The 6-foot-2, 165-pound left handed pitcher. Tall and lanky body, good shoulders. Will continue to add strength. ¾ slot, crossfire action. Wastes no time, very up tempo when on the mound. Difficult for left handed hitters to pick up. Arm works, very clean with his fastball ranging from 76-78 mph. Curveball has a slurvy type action with a sweeping break that can be effective to both right handed and left handed hitters ranging from 64-65 mph. Also showed a changeup at 63 mph. With his youth, athleticism, body and arm action make him an intriguing prospect to follow.

12/15/16- Stands at 6-foot-2, 165 pounds with a lean, athletic, projectable build. Loose arm that featured a fastball that sat 78-79 mph with a changeup that sat 70-71 mph along with a loopy curveball at 65-67 mph.
