Miami commit. May have been one of the biggest winners of the day. Strong and athletic frame at 6-foot-2, 205 pounds. Moves well behind the plate with good lateral movements blocking. Receives well with strong hands and quality pop times to 2nd with 1.89-2.0 and accuracy on the throws, clean transfer and good footwork. Switch hitter and from the right side has balance setup and rhythm in the swing with level/uphill bat path and hits gap to gap. Left side has balanced setup with some rhythm in the swing, can get long at times. Overall, he is a fairly low floor and high ceiling prospect who will make an impact at Miami if he makes it there.

Miami recruit, the 2020 catcher continued to show why is one of the top players in the class. He is physical and has a real chance to be a plus defender. All of the actions work, strong frame while remaining flexible and an above average to plus arm . Offensively, the swing is compact with strength and leverage and should have a chance to hit for power in the future.

Miami recruit. Physical, athletic frame. Has stood out at the plate during the week as he as shown strength in his swing, above average bat speed, and the ability to drive the ball with intent. The ball jumps off the bat and he shows pull side power. Laced a ball into left field early in the game for an RBI single and flied out to deep left field twice, just getting under it. Behind the plate, he kept everything in front of him and showed athleticism. Strong underclassmen follow.

Perez was impressive the entire evening and showed why he is currently the No. 6 ranked player in Florida and No. 18 overall. Offensively,, he stands tall in the box with an aggressive approach and plus bat speed for his class. He has a strong lower half and quality path through the zone that should generate power in the future. Defensively, he shows above average all around actions with soft hands and shows the ability to be a potential plus receiver. He is also flexible with a strong arm and showcased a 2.0-2.1 pop time that will continue to improve.

The Miami recruit is physically developed for his class at a strong 6 feet, 165 pounds. The right-handed hitter shows a simple and compact swing that generates a lot of hard contact. He sticks with a gap-to-gap approach, but there is present bat speed and power will come. Behind the plate, he shows very solid all around actions with good hands. There is some present arm strength and a quick transfer, which results in pop times in the 2.1-2.2 range. Overall, he is very solid all around and will continue to develop defensively and have a chance to hit for power down the line.
