04/26/17- Victor was solid through five innings of work, allowing four runs while striking out seven. He has a strong lower half and the lefty worked 82-85 mph with his fastball that he commanded to both sides of the plate. He also mixed in a curveball at 69 mph and a feel for a changeup at 75 mph.
