08/06/17- Aldrich was a standout at the Top Prospect Games and the last addition to the Team Florida roster. He has become more physical and the frame appears to have room to continue to grow and fill out. Defensively, Aldrich plays both third base and shortstop. He is a solid defender at short and makes all of the routine plays with plenty of arm strength. His future may be at third base though where he shows the ability to be an above average defender. The bat has continued to improve and may have found the most hard contact of any player on the team. He has a simple swing with strength in the lower half and above average bat-to-ball. He projects to have an above average hit tool and there will be more power to come.

10/08/16- The 5-foot-11, 165 pound middle infielder showed some athletic quick twitch actions. He showed the ability to be an above average defender at second and has enough arm strength to play at shortstop as well. The right handed hitter showed a short, quick swing with the ability to pull his hands inside the baseball for a double. There is a lot of athletic ability and will be an interesting follow going forward.
11/14/15- 5-foot-7, 135 pounds with a lean and athletic body. In the field he possesses a short, high 3/4 arm action with enough arm strength for the left side of the infield as he threw 67 mph across the diamond. He has okay hands and a quick release. At the plate he has an upright stance, has a hand trigger for his load, and is very relaxed. He has an easy swing with a nice plane through the zone and stays inside the ball well. Good hand-eye, good plate coverage and hits consistent line drives to all fields.
