01/07/18- Miami recruit. Stands at 6-foot-3, 195 pounds with a strong, athletic frame. At the plate he starts from a slightly open stance with a small leg kick and above average bat speed through the zone. Shows strength in his swing and the ball really jumps off the bat. Generates easy power with a feel for the barrel as he produced multiple hard hit line drives deep into the gaps. In the field, he displays range, takes smart angles to the ball, and makes the tough plays. During I/O, he made a tough, diving play up the middle with an accurate flip to the bag to start a double play. Plays the game with confidence and with natural actions. High follow prospect.
