05/20/18- Ole Miss recruit, he stands at a projectable 6-foot-4, 195 pounds, with a live body, live arm and room to fill out. Working from a 3/4 slot, he has a deep takeaway in the back and is athletic and aggressive at footstrike. Fastball jumps out of the hand at 88-91 with late life and riding action. There is a lot of hand speed and has a whippy arm. Also threw a two-seamer at 87-88 moh with hard boring action. Showed a few average to above average potential sliders at 77-80 mph. Was most comfortable with changeup, which he threw three strait pitches at one point, working 82-85 mph with arm side sink. Overall, it's a projectable frame and arm action and would expect to make big jumps throughout the summer.
