03/21/17 - The USF commit worked a fastball that ranged from 89-91 mph with some late life from a 3/4 slot. Although he struggled with command at times, when it was down in the zone it showed the late life. He also showed a slider with decent shape at 73-77 mph. He has a strong lower half and his head is calm through the delivery. He should be able to find more consistency with the fastball and the slider projects to be a solid pitch
10/16/16- South Florida recruit. The physical 6-foot-3, 215 pound right handed pitcher is very intriguing. In the bullpen and on the mound during his warmup pitches he throws with minimal effort from a low ¾ slot and the ball seems to explode out of his hands. Although once the game begins, he seems to raise his arm slot and effort, flattening the fastball out and leading to inconsistent command. He shows a very quick arm and the fastball has late life currently sitting at 88-90 mph while also mixing in a 74-76 mph curveball.
6/16/16- Committed to the University of South Florida.
3/13/16 - His 1st outing of the season (foreign player who had to be cleared to play): 5 IP, 3 H, 2 ER, 2 BB, 5 K . Medium to small size body for a pitcher. Fluid arm action with a sound delivery. A balanced, repeatable starter's delivery. Clean and easy. Shows feel for pitching. Fast ball was 85-89 mph that was straight with some angle. Did not spin the curve ball as well as he did in Jupiter. Many rolled loosely, with occasional depth, but flashed average. Should be a guy scouts have interest in next year.
