07/26/17- The young, switch hitting middle infielder with an athletic frame has the ability to grow into a solid all around player. Standing at 5-foot-8, 165-pounds Joseph had quick hands at feet in the field with a strong accurate arm. Offensively, he has an aggressive uphill swing working on plane with the ball. He stays behind the ball well but occasionally will get disconnected with his arms and gets around balls. When he stays tight with his swing he has ability to use all fields with good contact.

01/21/17- The 5-foot-8, 165-pound switch hitting SS/2B has a strong, stocky frame. With a thick lower half, from the left side he has small leg kick with quality rhythm and slightly uphill path. He has quality separation as well, can be a bit shouldered, but overall shows a fee for the barrel with present bat speed and an exit velocity of 80 mph. From the right side, he has a similar small leg kick, with a slight arm bar he still manages to stay short to the ball but is a bit shouldered. He creates a level path that stays in the zone and a feel for the barrel. Defensively he shows some quick twitch with choppy footwork and sounds hands and transfer, topping out at 70 mph across the infield. Overall, there is a strong frame with some present athleticism with a feel for the barrel from both sides that make him a very interesting follow.
