Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Consistent accuracy to the bases, used a quick loose arm action with a high ¾ slot. Fluid on the mound, had a short compact arm action and a high ¾ arm angle with quick consistent arm speed. Tall-and-fall type pitcher and uses decent effort. Has an athletic balance point with even in line shoulders. Lands square with an athletic finish. Produced a fastball that came in at 82-84 mph and topped out at 85 mph; shows consistent control and slight running action with sharp movement. (Max spin 2177; Avg 2121).
