Uncommitted. It was one of the more explosive looks on the mound across the entirety of the conference championship week. Warner punched out 11 across 6.1 IP against the team who won the ABA championship. Physical 5-foot-11, 185-pounds with a stout lower half and gets down the mound well. Shorter arm stroke and repeatability in the delivery from a higher ¾ slot with arm speed present and feel for a deep 4-pitch mix. Fastball showed heavy swing-and-miss with plenty of whiffs with carry through the zone at 90-93 (T94) and flipped over a 12/6 curveball off it at 76-77. Mixed in a quality slider at 77-80 along with a changeup at 78-80. Pitchability stood out with confidence in any pitch during any count and competed in-the-zone. Plenty more to project and is a must know uncommitted name heading into his senior year.
