Quinones looked like one of the most advanced players in attendance. With a filled out frame standing 6-foot, 210 pounds, strong legs and a stout torso, he showed a mature approach at the plate and displayed the ability to play both corner infield spots. He moves well at first, pivoting his feet and displaying awareness for the bag while making strong throws across the infield. At the plate, Quinones sets the hands high with loose wrists that whip through the zone. He generates power from the lower half using a leg kick and coils the front side inward. He clears his hips but keeps the front shoulder closed eliminating anything too rotational in the swing and has the confidence of a natural hitter as he is looking to do damage when he comes up, taking a full hack evidenced by his 94 mph exit velocity.

Uncommitted junior, 6-foot, 210-pounds, strong, physical frame, right-handed hitting first baseman and outfielder. Offensively, balanced setup, leg kick timing trigger, hands cock on load, maintains good balance. Power hitter with pull-side tendency, barrel path works uphill, 90 mph exit velocity. Good runner for size, 7.17 laser-timed 60 yard dash. Defensively, arm works long, circular on the back-side, high ¾ slot, 81 mph across the infield, 82 from the outfield. Displayed fluid footwork and clean exchanges at first base, more natural on the infield.

William Quinones 2020 1B R/R 6-0 190 Uncommitted, standing at 6-foot, 190 pounds. Defensively, his feet work well around the bag and has all around sound defensive actions. Offensively, he hits with a wide, strong base. He tends to drift some which can create some length, but has present strength and generated an exit velocity of 80 mph.

Stands at 6-foot, 190 pounds with a strong, solid build for age. At the plate has an open stance where he shows balance in the box with a good approach. Consistently found the barrel and squared the ball up during batting practice which resulted in multiple hard line drives. Displays the ability to drive the ball and as he continues to mature and have more reps, he will develop some gap to gap power.
