USA CNT: The MVP for the CNT during its five-game series against Chinese Taipei, the 6-foot-5, 210-pound outfielder busted out in the batter’s box last summer in the Northwoods League, then continued his dominance this past spring as a redshirt freshman for the Bulldogs (.386/.484/.800, 25 home runs). For the CNT this summer, he produced at a .256 clip with three home runs and 11 RBI in 10 games. He uses all fields and has the potential to hit for both average and power at the next level. His body filled out quite a bit from his redshirt season in 2022 to his breakout season in 2023, and there is optimism that he could add another 20 pounds or so to his frame. Condon is also an above-average athlete who moves well for his size and is an average runner underway. He projects to play a lot of first base for Georgia in 2024, but due to the presence of Jac Caglianone on the CNT, he exclusively played outfield this summer, and he’s a serviceable defender at either corner outfield spot.
