Left-Handed pitcher standing at 6-foot-2, 185 pounds with a lean, muscular frame. He was consistently sitting 90-91 with the fastball, running up to 92 late in the count. The separation between Langdon and the high school hitter is significant, as he struck out 11 hitters through 4 innings of work (13 including the two dropped third strikes). He found the most success by getting ahead with the fastball on the inner half, causing a lot of uncomfortable takes from hitters. He is consistent with his release point on multiple pitches making it very difficult to pick up offspeed pitches. When runners were on, they were kept at bay. Langon holds runners well, and has a deceiving move to first, which mimics his delivery to the plate. One of the most mechanically sound pitchers in the class.
