5-foot-6, 130-pound switch-hitting outfielder, raw athlete with quick twitch muscle, ran a 6.73 laser-timed 60. Offensively, similar setup and approach from both sides of the plate, balanced, short stride, short hand load back, balanced through contact. Short, level swing, flicks barrel through the zone generating line drive contact, 80 exit velocity off a tee. Defensively, long, loose arm action, over-the-top slot, kept throws around target, low and on a line, 81 from the outfield. Fields position athletically playing through the ball, quick footwork, clean exchanges. Given his speed and fielding ability is a natural center fielder.

Deas is interesting looking athletic in the outfield and at the plate.  He is on the smaller side at 5-foot-6, 165-pounds, but his bat, speed and arm strength are all projectable.  He is a switch hitter with a very sound approach both ways, showing good bat control from the left and flashing the ability to get the bat-head out front from the right side.  Overall his actions in the box from both sides look pretty polished considering the is a 2021 prospect.  North Cobb Christian looks as though they will have plenty of talent this Spring and Deas is no doubt a part of that group.
