Cape Cod: Hit .343 with 13 doubles and eight homers during his standout freshman spring for USF, and he held his own as a freshman in the Cape League, hitting .293 in 116 at-bats, counting his torrid playoff performance. Like Gazdar, he’s a bat-first player with some strength in his compact 5-foot-9, 186-pound frame, and he should continue to rack up doubles and push for double-digit homers next year for the Bulls. He’s a below-average runner who lacks the range and actions for shortstop, and he needs to focus on becoming a consistent defensive second baseman.

5-foot-10, 150-pound right-handed hitting shortstop, athletically built with a strong lower half. Offensively has a swagger about him in the box, relaxed look, sets up tall and balanced, short hanging leg stride, hands load back smoothly, incorporates lower half well, stays balanced throughout. Low effort in swing, elevates the ball with back spin, showed more pop in swing than one would expect, driving the ball gap-to-gap, sees the ball very well, 87 exit velocity off a tee. Ran a 7.39 laser-timed 60. Defensively, arm works short and loose to a ¾ slot, consistent and accurate with throws, 78 across the infield. Fields position athletically with fluid actions, smooth approach to the ball, clean on exchanges, good rhythm throughout.

Snow is a very interesting young 2022 infield prospect. At 5-foot-10, 150-pounds he gets good bat-speed from his frame. He sets up straight away with a deep load, he almost gets to an arm bar, but does a good job of not being locked out, leaving himself a direct path to the baseball. Snow centered balls for hard contact all day and was impressive both in batting practice and in live situations. Very interesting bat on this youngster. Defensively Snow shows projectable arm stroke and actions, his feet were always underneath him and played with solid range and control. Lots of upside to this middle of the field prospect and will be a very close follow over the coming years.
