Uncommitted. Carter has a lot of areas in his game to like offensively, defensively and just the way he plays the game. The 6-0 160 pound short stop just gets after it never taking a play off. The left handed hitter has natural hitting ability and keeps the barrel in the hitting zone for a good period of time. He has speed having been clocked 4.1 down the line multiple times and has started to show off some in game pop going 90+ exit velos on extra base hits. 

6-foot, 160 pounds; lean frame. Hitting out of the lead-off spot, the left-handed hitting Carter impressed with the bat. Carter led game one of the day off with a double over the right-fielder. The barrel is loose and free. Battles in the box and plays hard. 4.35 on turn down the line.
