The Junior Future Game alumni was arguably the player of the game Friday night as he would come up huge on both sides of the ball. At the plate, Ivester would reach base in all 3 at-bats including a backside double that would prove clutch to push across much needed insurance runs late. Simple actions and staying compact with present feel for the barrel allow Ivester to get on time and take what the pitcher gives him.
