Not to be out-shined by little brother, Wills Maginnis showed an extremely potent barrel on Saturday. With an athletic 6-foot-3, 175-pound frame full of wiry strength, the Georgia State commit puts that athleticism and strength to use at the plate consistently. The right-handed bat shows active hands that sync up well with some barrel tilt. Maginnis gets deep into his lower half from a wide base before firing present bat speed in an uphill bat path intent for loft/power. Showed ability to leverage the barrel in all parts of the zone and came through with multiple loud extra-base hits to the pull-side. Real power potential as the frame still holds plenty of projection.
